Steve has extensive experience managing remote teams and he can rapidly organize global teams, with other talent brought in on a project basis for their particular expertise.<\/p>\n<p>At some point early on Steve was dubbed &#8220;Mr. Big&#8221; by musicians who were teasing him about the amount he was able to accomplish on a shoestring. The name is an inside joke because the only permanent employee of the company is Steve Pasek. The name stuck.
